I am a senior software developer who has worked on diverse fields, an experienced team lead who is especially good at working in a distributed environment, a coach in training who is fascinated by the power of conversation. Most importantly, I'm a father, a son, and a husband from a small town sitting at the outer rim of Taoyuan, Taiwan.

I started this blog as the venue of sharing my passion about coaching and leadership, giving back my experience, telling the stories around me, and maybe chatting about some code stuff from time to time. However, to be honest I don't really know what this blog would become, and how it would shape me.
